Vehicle coding scheme lifted in QC on Monday, Aug. 19

MANILA, Philippines — The number coding scheme is lifted in Quezon City on Monday, Aug. 19, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Sunday.

The coding scheme, however, still applies on EDSA and C5 within Quezon City, the MMDA said in tweet in response to a motorist’s question.

The MMDA advised motorists to contact the Quezon City Traffic Hotline 122 for questions.
