MANILA, Philippines — Makati Mayor Abby Binay cast her votes before noon Monday with his husband Rep. Luis Campos Jr.
Binay and her husband arrived at the San Jose Elementary School in Guadalupe Nuevo at around 10:30 a.m.

The couple were able to vote at around 11:30 a.m. at polling precinct 0926A.
The vote counting machine (VCM) at their precinct malfunctioned at 7:20 a.m. and voting was delayed for almost three hours. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
