MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III on Wednesday called on Peter Joemel Advincula, also known as Bikoy, to come clean and explain his claims.

Sotto said Advincula, the hooded man in ‘The Real Narcolist’ videos which accused President Rodrigo Duterte’s relatives and allies of being involved in illegal drug activities in the country, can talk to him or Public Order and Dangerous Drugs committee head Senator Panfilo Lacson to discuss the issue.

“Pinakamaganda nyang gawin ngayon (The best thing he can do now) is to come clean. Sabihin nya lahat. Pumunta siya sakin o kay Senator Lacson (Tell everything. Talk to me or Senator Lacson),” Sotto said in an interview over AM radio station DZMM.
