US education fair set on March 1 in Taguig

MANILA, Philippines — EducationUSA, the United States government’s official resource on American higher education, will hold its annual education fair on March 1 in Taguig City.

The fair, which will cater to students interested in pursuing higher education opportunities in the US, will be held at at the Shangri-La at the Fort. The fair will start by 1 p.m.

Students, parents, and administrators can interact with representatives of more than 30 US colleges and universities to learn about the US college application process and identify resources available to Filipino students.

Participants can also learn about student visas as well as scholarship and financial aid options during the event, which is free and open to the public, the US Embassy in Manila said. /kga
