961 passengers, 18 vessels stranded at Cebu ports due to ‘Samuel’
A total of 961 passengers and 18 vessels are currently stranded at several Cebu ports due to Tropical Depression “Samuel,” the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Monday.

As of 1 p.m., the PCG recorded that 231 passengers on board the Fastcraft-5 in the Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Aduana are stranded due to the tropical depression while there are 730 passengers of the 2GO-1 in the CGSS Tinago who were reported to be stranded.
Meanwhile, the following vessels are currently stranded in the coast guard’s sub-stations in Cebu but there are no passengers on board.
