Kabataan solon ‘cool’ with Gadon’s filing of COC

Kabataan Rep. Sarah Elago sees no problem in Atty. Larry Gadon’s filing of certificate of candidacy (COC) saying everyone has the right to participate.

Elago said on Friday that it is still up to the decision of the public on who would be elected for the May 2019 midterm elections.

“Lahat naman po ay may karapatan na lumahok sa ating eleksyon at ang taumbayan po natin ang magbibigay din ng kanilang desisyon kung sino ba yong pipiliin nila na mga lider,” Elago said in an interview after her partylist filed the COC.

According to Elago, what her partylist wants is for the youth to be “critical participants” for the upcoming elections.
