Go mum on Mocha’s plans for 2019 midterm polls

Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go on Wednesday kept mum on Mocha Uson’s plans for the 2019 midterm elections.

“Antayin nalang natin kung ano ang kanyang desisyon o magiging anunsyo,”(Let us just wait for her decision and her announcement) Go said in an interview with dzBB.

“Subalit, yun po, narinig ko lang po, hindi ko po mako-confirm at kanyang desisyon po iyon kung sakaling tatakbo siya sa darating na eleksyon,” (I have just heard. I can not confirm it. It is her decision if she will run in the coming elections) Go said when pressed on the reason behind Uson’s resignation.

According to Go, Uson filed her resignation on Tuesday and that the Palace wishes her luck.

“We wish her good luck kung ano ang magiging desisyon niya sa future at ano pong magiging plano niya,” (We wish her good luck on her decision and for her plans for the future) Go said. /muf
