Classes still suspended in some Luzon schools
Classes in some schools in Northern and Central Luzon remained suspended on Tuesday as the effects of Typhoon “Ompong” lingered in certain areas.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council said nearly 600,000 people were affected by Ompong.
