Scavenger finds bag loaded with guns in Pasig garbage heap
A scavenger found three handguns in a garbage heap in Pasig City Thursday night.
According to a police spot report, Chito Arreo, 28, was rummaging through the heap at around 9 p.m. when he found a black bag stuffed with the guns along Urbano Velasco Avenue in Barangay Pinagbuhatan.
Police said the bag contained a .Charles Daly .45-caliber pistol, a .38-caliber Pietro Berreta pistol, and a .22-caliber revolver.

Arreo immediately surrendered the guns to the Eastern Police District. Arceo was turned over to the Pasig City Police for further investigation.
The guns were sent to the Scene of the Crime Operatives for ballistics examination. /muf
