KIDAPAWAN CITY – Two explosions were heard near Barangay Dungos in Tulunan, North Cotabato as the voting for the village and youth polls was in full swing on Monday.

Supt. Bernard Tayong, the spokesperson of the North Cotabato police, however, said that the  10 a.m. blasts appeared to have taken place in SK Pendatun town in Maguindanao, which was adjacent to Dungos.

“There was no reported casualty but the blasts caused panic among voters (in Dungos),” he said. /ee
