Magnitude 3.4 quake shakes Mindanao
A magnitude 3.4 earthquake jolted Mindanao on Wednesday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
An updated Phivolcs report showed that the quake struck west of Wao, Lanao del Sur at 3:39 p.m. and was felt at Intensity IV.
The tremor was also felt at Intensity III in Kalilangan, Intensity II in Pangatucan and Intensity I in Kadingilan.
It had a depth of 1 kilometer and had a tectonic origin, the agency said. Phivolcs is not expecting aftershocks or damage. /ee
