Duterte names Isko Moreno as DSWD undersecretary

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed former Manila City vice mayor Isko Moreno as undersecretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Duterte appointed Moreno on May 8.

Francisco Moreno Domagoso in real life, the former actor was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the North Luzon Railways Corp. (Northrail) on July 12, 2017 but he resigned months after.   /kga
