LUCENA CITY – Four alleged street-level peddlers of crystal meth or “shabu” were nabbed in buy-bust operations here Sunday afternoon, police said.

Anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Michael John Regulacion, 22, and the group of Gilbert Matienzo, Romano Calvindra and Rodelio Callos in two separate operations in the villages of Ibabang Dupay and Silangang Mayao.

Quezon police director Senior Supt. Rhoderick Armamento said Regulacion was arrested after he sold shabu to an undercover cop accompanied by a police informant. Authorities seized 10 grams of shabu worth P40,000 in the street market.
