The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday kicked off the simulation of the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections at the Rosauro Almario Elementary School in Tondo, Manila.

The Comelec scheduled the simulated voting from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at two precincts. At least 100 voters, including youth and senior citizen voters, were set to participate in the mock polls.

After the voting simulation, the Comelec will start the counting and canvassing of votes to be followed by the proclamation of winning candidates, which are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
