Trade winds bring warm weather to PH eastern portion
A warm weather will be experienced by the eastern portion of the country on Saturday as eastern trade winds hover over the Philippines, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said temperatures may reach up to 36 degrees Celsius across the country.
Pagasa added that Metro Manila is also expected to have a 34 degree high temperature as some point until 4 a.m. of Tuesday.
Pagasa said winds coming from the east blowing over Luzon and Visayas would be light to moderate while coastal waters will be light to moderate.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, Pagasa said. /muf
