Mactan teacher discovered hanging dead in Consolacion
A public school teacher was found dead, hanging by the neck in a boardinghouse in Consolacion town in north Cebu Sunday evening.
Police are investigating whether Marion Sadomia of Marigondon National High School in Mactan took his own life.
Sadomia, 29, spent the night in his friend’s rented room.
The next day, he was found hanging from the ceiling with a dog chain around his neck.
John Pons Tiu, 28, said the teacher who was also his bandmate, had gone to the boardinghouse Saturday night feeling depressed after visiting his girlfriend in Consolacion and seeing her on the road with another man.
The two friends had a drinking session.

His landlady used her key to unlock the door and both of them discovered the victim, an apparent suicide.
