Spain election winner Rajoy vows to govern ‘for all’
MADRID—The winner of Spain’s general election Mariano Rajoy vowed Sunday to work “for all” Spaniards but warned “there will be no miracles” in tackling the country’s severe economic woes.
“I will govern in the service of Spain and the Spanish people,” he told supporters, promising to make “an effort by all and for all,” after near-total results gave his right-wing Popular Party its biggest-ever election win.
