Panagbenga Festival Grand Float Parade
A culmination of the monthlong flower festival in Baguio City. The festival’s theme this year is “Celebration of Culture and Creativity.” The word “panagbenga” comes from the indigenous language Kankanaey, which means “season of blooming.”

Musikahan Festival
An arts festival at Tagum City in Davao del Norte province that showcases Filipino talent in music composition, performance and production.
Featured in the festival are solo performances, vocal competitions, symphonic tilts and marching band showdowns. Tagum also celebrates its founding anniversary during the festival.
March 1 to 3
Kaamulan Festival
Locals celebrate the unique indigenous culture and traditions of the seven indigenous groups that originally inhabited Bukidnon province, namely, Bukidnon, Higaonon, Talaandig, Manobo, Matigsalug, Tigwahanon and Umayamnon.
“Kaamulan” is from the Binukid (dialect in Bukidnon) word “amul,” which means “to gather.” Activities include a civic parade, street dancing competition and a beauty pageant.
