The Philippine National Police (PNP) gave its last-minute reminders to devotees planning to attend Traslacion 2018 to observe the annual Feast of the Black Nazarene on January. 9.

He also advised parents not to bring their children.
“Huwag na magdala ng batang malilit. Baka mahiwalay lang sila sa atin,” he said.

“Refrain from bringing your cellphone. Yan ang paalala natin sa kababayan,” he said. /kga
