METRO stores embrace the spirit of Christmas with its nationwide campaign Adopt a Bear.

The campaign will set aside 10 percent of proceeds from the sales of charity bears for the chosen beneficiary of each Metro Store.

The Metro Stores aim to make everyone happy this Christmas. Metro Gaisano promised to give a minimum of P10,000 to the beneficiary.

The campaign started last Oct. 15 and will run until Jan. 15 next year. For only P199, one can get a huggable bear and a chance to share with the less-privileged individuals. /Leslee B. Morales
