Inmates at the New Bilibid Prison’s (NBP) maximum security compound performed a dance number during the 112th founding anniversary and Christmas Party of the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).

Outgoing Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa watched as the group of inmates danced to the beat of “Gold” by Spandau Ballet.
