Easterlies to bring isolated rains in Mindanao, says Pagasa

Easterly winds would affect the eastern section of Mindanao, bringing isolated rainshowers, the weather bureau said in its forecast on Sunday afternoon.

Mindanao will have partly to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin.

Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East with slight to moderate seas is also expected over the island, Pagasa added.
