DAGUPAN CITY—After he awoke drenched in urine and saltwater, an enraged crew member of a commercial fishing vessel stabbed the prankster  in Bani town on Thursday, according to a belated Pangasinan police report.

Estelito Castillo, 51, did not resist arrest for stabbing Elmer Dosal, 31, in the arm, police said.

Castillo was sleeping on the roof of the vessel which had docked at Siapar Island, when Dosal hurled at him a plastic bag filled with seawater and urine for no apparent reason, the police reported.

Dosal was rushed to the Region I Medical Center here for treatment.

Both crewmen live in Barangay Pantal in this city although they were natives of Catbalogan town in Samar province. GAL
