OLONGAPO CITY—An unemployed American citizen and his companion were caught selling shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to an undercover policeman in a police drug operation on Saturday morning.

King Jasper Koahou, 45, a United States citizen residing in Dinalupihan town in Bataan province, and Julius Francisco, 48, a hairdresser from this city, had been under police surveillance before they were caught with six plastic sachets of suspected shabu in a drug bust operation in Barretto village here, said PO2 Leonard Pasamonte, an investigator at the Olongapo Police Station 6.

The suspects are facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.  GAL
