3 foreigners nabbed for ATM skimming in Pampanga
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Three foreigners suspected of stealing money from automated teller machines (ATM) in several banks in this Pampanga capital were arrested on Monday night, police said.
Nicaraguan national Radu Minodor Sandor and Romanian nationals Marcu Bogdan and Petro Loan Uveges were arrested at 10:35 p.m. outside a bank in Barangay San Agustin, said Supt. Roland Agohob, city police chief.
Recovered from the foreigners were a skimming device, assorted ATM cloning cards, cash worth P339,362.25 and a white Toyota Wigo. —Tonette Orejas
