Kenyan continues dominance, tops Spooktacular Run 10k division
IN his four months of competing in Cebu, Kenyan Abraham Missous has managed to make a name for himself in the local running scene.
Friday night, Missous was in his usual form once more as he captured the crown in the first-ever Spooktacular Run at the SM City Cebu.
Along with Missous were around 400 runners, mostly dressed in Halloween costumes.
But Missous was all business as he clocked 33 minutes and 41 seconds in the 10k category to emerge the fastest in the race.
Topping the distaff side was Cristy Sevellino-Tutor, who clocked 53 minutes and 32 seconds.
According to Missous, the last race served as a tune up for his preparation for the National Finals of the 35th Milo Marathon slated Dec. 11 in Manila.
