The car driven by Jerome was turning towards Barangay (village) Bilolo when an oil tanker rammed into the vehicle, after its driver lost control of his brakes. The car was again struck by a trailer truck which was traveling on the opposite lane of the road.

The passengers were on their way home after processing a clearance application at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office in Olongapo City, police said.  SFM
