3 killed, 1 injured in Baguio shooting

BAGUIO CITY–Three men were killed while another was injured when they were attacked by a gunman at a carwash on Thursday night (Oct. 6) along Naguilian Road.

Roland Valdez and an unidentified man bearing a tattoo on his right shoulder that says, “XV GUARDIANS L LAR MAUTE,” were killed at 10:45 p.m. in the carwash along San Roque village, while Rudy Pais was declared dead on arrival at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC).

Mark Angelo Calma survived the gun attack and is undergoing treatment at the BGHMC.
Police forensic investigators recovered three cartridges and two slugs fired from a caliber 45 pistol. The police are reviewing footage of a recording taken by a closed circuit television camera near the crime scene./rga
