Suspected drug pusher survives gun attack in Abra

BAGUIO CITY — A suspected drug pusher survived an attack in Abra on Sunday night (Sept. 25).

Noel Lopez, 34, who has been on the drug watch list  of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Abra was shot by an unidentified gunman at 8 p.m. in Tayum town.

Lopez was wounded in the stomach.

Responding police officers were able to rush the victim to the Abra Provincial Hospital where he is now recuperating.

The victim, according to the police report, is presently unemployed.  SFM
