Leni takes bus to Naga for inauguration party
NAGA CITY—Riding a commercial bus, Vice President Leni Robredo arrived 5:30 a.m. at the Naga central bus terminal on Saturday with the entourage of staff and Presidential Security Group to attend an inauguration party here later in the evening.
Simply clad in denims and striped shirt under a blue jacket, Robredo disembarked the air-con bus without fanfare even as local television crews anticipated her arrival.
Robredo’s arrival did not create a stir in the terminal while she walked toward the north end, stopping a bit to acknowledge people who called her “Vice President.”
