Duterte to cops:  Kill drug lords and get a reward

DAVAO CITY – President-elect Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday said he would use his excess campaign funds as reward money to police officers who kill drug lords.

In a press conference at the presidential guest house in Barangay Panacan here, Duterte announced that he would set aside P3 million from the funds, saying the amount by his calculation could cover at least 100 bodies.

He said his order to police officers is to capture drug lords “dead or alive.”
