10-year-old girl sets new world record with 2,110 sit-ups in 90 minutes

Think finishing a complete set of 12 ab-crunches is hard? Try doing it 2,110 times.

A 10-year-old school girl from Fox Hill Elementary School in Kansas City, recorded a whopping 2,110 sit-ups in just 90 minutes.

As per reports from Bleacher Report, Kyleigh Bass completely shattered the Project Fit America record, which was previously marked at 2,001.

Despite her Herculean feat, Bass admitted that she hit a bit of a wall about a third of the way into the task.

“It’s a mind thing,” Bass was quoted saying in the report. “If you think about it, you can do it and you’ll make it.”

Her mom, Michelle Leer Bass, meanwhile, extended her admiration for her daughter on social media.

“You have abs of steel!” her mother wrote on a Facebook entry.
