Bongbong supporter tells Leni: Don’t be used by cheaters

“HUWAG kang magpagamit sa kung sino mang nasa likod niyan.”
A supporter of vice presidential candidate and Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr aired this call to Rep. Leni Robredo, who’s leading the race for the second highest post in the land amid cheating allegations.
A handful of Marcos supporters trooped to Rizal Park in Manila on Wednesday after the senator claimed that Robredo’s lead in partial and unofficial count conducted by the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) was due to a fraud.
“Para po kay Ginang Leni Robredo, sana po kung talagang mahal niyo ang taong bayan at isinasaalang-alang ninyo ang yumao mong asawa at ang iyong pamilya. Alam niyo po ang katotohanan. Ramdam niyo po ang katotohanan,” a Marcos supporter who identified himself as “Bong.”
Bong, who claimed to be a volunteer from the Marcos campaign headquarters in Quezon City, said he went to Rizal Park to call for Bongbong’s supporters to calm down.
“Maawa naman po kayo. Ipinaglaban namin ang katotohanan and we are very much willing to die [for it]. Huwag niyo po kaming mailiitin. Malaki po ang magagawa namin,” he said.
“Hindi po kami papayag. We will not allow na kami ay dadayain ninyo.”
Marcos claimed that there was a change in the script of the Commission on Election’s transparency server that caused Robredo to lead the vice presidential race.

The senator, who led election surveys and was backed by the Iglesia Ni Cristo, hinted that the ruling Liberal Party was behind the alleged fraud.
He also asked the Comelec and the PPCRV to stop the partial and unofficial count to avoid confusion in the election result, although he did not file a formal request with the poll body.
Meanwhile, Marcos supporters said they will continue the rally in Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila.
Merryle Manuel, 34, said the “Occupy Luneta for BBM” was just organized on Facebook and attracted several people.
Manuel said they were expecting thousands of people from Ilocos Norte and Nueva Ecija to troop to Liwasang Bonifacio following the issuance of a permit to hold rally there.
The size of the group at Luneta was estimated at 200 to 250 and only 50 people stayed in the evening, according to PO1 Jerome Pelayo, a tourist police in the park.
Asked why they were holding the protests, Manuel said they want Comelec to conduct manual recount for the VP race.
“Ang goal naming ay manual recount. Ngayon kung manalo si Leni, Ma’am Leni, sa manual recount, tatanggapin namin nang buong puso.”
