Police blocks 300 farmers from getting rice in Kidapawan

KIDAPAWAN CITY — Tension again rose here as police blocked some 300 farmers from Makilala town on Sunday noon.
The farmers, who are from nearby Makilala town, wanted to get their share of rice.
At least 260 sacks of rice arrived at the Methodist compound on Saturday. These were donated by actor Robin Padilla and residents of Davao City. JE
