ZAMBOANGA CITY—Authorities seized some P22.4 million worth of smuggled refined white sugar off Barangay (village) Recodo here on Thursday evening.

Coast Guard personnel, who were aboard the navy ships, directed the motor vessel to proceed to the city pier for documentation and proper disposition,” Trinidad said. RAM
