Vice President Jejomar Binay threatened to sue people who use the conditional cash transfer (CCT) for politics by putting administration allies and relatives as beneficiaries.

In his speech before residents of Barangay 178, Pasay City, on Monday, Binay said he would sue those politicizing the dole-out program.

Binay issued the statement as he sought to quell “black propaganda” that he would discontinue the dole-out program also called the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps.

Binay, who accused the Aquino administration of politicizing the 4Ps, resigned from the Cabinet to assume the figure of the opposition.

Binay said he would not only improve the 4Ps, he would also add another P to the program – free “pustiso” (false teeth) by including the elderly aged 60 to 64 in the program

Sa totoo po, dadagdagan ko yan, palalawakin ko,” Binay said in his speech later at the covered court of Barangay 183, Pasay city before noon.

Binay said that as a child, he attended the Pasay City High School and went to the Libertad wet market in the wee hours of the morning.
