Cloudy skies with light rains greet campaign kickoff
There will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of light rains on Tuesday at the proclamation rallies of presidential aspirants and their running mates for the upcoming elections in May.
The northeast monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon while a tail-end of a cold front is prevailing over Bicol Region, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region and the provinces of Samar, Quezon and Romblon.
Meanwhile, in the regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera and province of Aurora, cloudy skies with light rains are also expected.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon, Pagasa said.
