Supt. Albert Barot, chief of Ermita police station, said a subpoena requiring Menorca to attend a hearing on March 4 was forwarded to their office by lawyer Arnel Hanabajal of Cavite prosecutor office.

“There’s no arrest warrant, just a subpoena,” Hanabajal further clarified.

Menorca said officials of INC ordered his abduction and arrest last year over allegations that he exposed INC’s wrongdoing.
