ROAD accidents involving motorcycles had the highest number of fatalities from January to July 2015. A total of 11,721 motorcycles were involved in road accidents in the metropolis during this period, according to the Metro Manila Accident Recording and Analysis System of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
