Clouds and rain over Bicol Region — Pagasa
First the good news.
A low pressure area (LPA) off Catanduanes is not likely to turn into a tropical cyclone, the weather bureau said Wednesday.
The LPA was last observed 185 kilometers east northeast of Virac in Catanduanes, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
However, it will bring clouds and rain over the Bicol and the Eastern Visayas Regions, Pagasa said.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
