Minion stuffed toy saves 5-year-old girl’s life

A MINION has saved a girl’s life.

The police in Colorado Springs said that a five-year-old girl fell from the window of their three-story apartment and luckily, her plunge was cushioned by a “Minion” stuffed toy she was clutching.

Police said in its blotter report that the girl was playing in her room when “she fell backwards out of her bedroom window.”

“Fortunately, when the child fell out of the window she continued holding on to a stuffed Minion teddy bear that is believed to have cushioned her fall,” the police report said.

She dropped three stories to the ground.

The girl, who suffered a broken arm, was treated in a hospital and was subsequently released.

Minions are small and yellow creatures popularized by the hit 2010 animated film, “Despicable Me.”

They now have their own spin-off film “Minions” which racked up $115.2 million during its opening weekend in North America. AJH
