Erstwhile spokesperson of the Philippine National Police Senior Superintendent Bartolome Tobias is now the Senior Police Assistant of Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II.

Tobias was named as spokesperson and PNP Public Information Office (PIO) chief last April 27.
