MANILA, Philippines—A tricycle driver from Olongapo City, Zambales province, looks forward to owning a fleet of public utility vehicles as he took home the P39-million 6/45 jackpot.
The 55-year-old claimed on Tuesday the prize after he correctly guessed the winning combination of 04-12-13-15-19-29 in the Mega Lotto Feb. 2 draw.
Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office acting chair and general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said that the winner told him he would buy a house for his family.
