December 29 not a holiday
MANILA, Philippines—Malacañang on Wednesday reiterated that December 29 is not a holiday, dashing the hopes of many workers for an uninterrupted vacation.
Government work on Monday, December 29, is not suspended, the Malacañang advisory said.
The Palace earlier declared December 24, 25, 26, 30, 31 and January 1 and 2 as non-working holidays.
