According to Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II, acting chairman and general manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), the winner from Cavite told him that he has been betting on the lotto for 19 years. He took the winning numbers from his and his son’s birthdays and bought just one ticket.

The winner who claimed his prize on Friday afternoon at the PCSO head office in Mandaluyong City said that he would use the money to buy a house and lot, open a restaurant of his own and put aside some of it for his son’s education.
