MANILA, Philippines–Detained pork barrel scam suspect Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada arrived at the Sandiganbayan on Monday morning for the continuation of his bail hearing on plunder over his alleged involvement in the pork barrel scam.
Testifying against him is Benhur Luy, the principal whistleblower who has turned his back against his former employer accused mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles.
