Tropical depression still out of PH
MANILA, Philippines–A tropical depression that developed outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility was still lingering on the outskirts of the imaginary borders and would not have direct effect on the landmass, the weather bureau said Thursday afternoon.
Int is 5 p.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the tropical depression was located 1,230 kilometers east of Visayas at 4 p.m. Thursday.
Metro Manila would be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Caraga and Davao region would have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstroms.
Pagasa added that the rest of the country would have similar conditions as Metro Manila.
