PNR train stalls in Manila
MANILA, Philippines–Amid the recent disruptions experienced by train systems in Metro Manila, a Philippine National Railways (PNR) train stalled for about 30 minutes on Monday morning.
The southbound train stopped before reaching the San Andres station in Manila at around 9 a.m.
Paul de Quiros, PNR spokesperson, said in a text message to INQUIRER.net that the train stalled due to “low air pressure.”
“Some passengers transferred to another train while some waited until it resumed the trip,” he said.
De Quiros said that thirty minutes after, the PNR went back to its normal operations.
