MANILA, Philippines – A couple of hours after President Benigno Aquino III assailed the Supreme Court decision on the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), the Department of Budget and Management released the complete list of 116 projects funded by DAP.

Below are the 11 government projects, programs, and items that got the biggest DAP allocations:
