Earlier Monday, the beleaguered Senator surrendered to his father, who turned him over to PNP CIDG chief Police Director Benjamin Magalong at Camp Crame.

Prior to the issuance of arrest warrants, Magalong and Estrada admitted to have made an agreement that the Senator would voluntarily surrender to the PNP.

Estrada is facing plunder and graft charges along with Revilla.

Plunder is a non-bailable offense.

But the Senator earlier expressed his intention to immediately file a motion for bail and a petition for certiorari questioning the Ombudsman for finding probable cause.
